Good food and friendly service

The general tsos chicken, was slimy and it smelled like a dog when they have gotten wet and need a bath. Another lady met me on her way out and said her food was nasty too. This doesnt look nothing like chicken.

Good food, Great little place to eat. I wish they had more sushi but still a great place.

Great overall. Lost a star because the Egg Foo Young gravy was a bit old and not replenished. I found that odd because everything else was so good and so fresh. Staff was very nice and attentive. Also, it was all very clean.I did my best to try a bit of all the Chinese dishes. They were all really good and they even featured some uncommon ones like Sichuan Pork (mmmm) and Lemon Chicken (in lieu of the more predictable General Tso or Orange versions). I would definitely go back next time I'm through there. I want to try the sushi! It looked good, but I was too full by the time I found it on the salad/dessert bar.

Some food was good, a lot of the options had been sitting out and were cold. I went around 2 and wasn't very happy with the experience. Decent for the price, about 10 dollars per person so it's certainly worth it but if you're willing to spend more, definitely go somewhere else.

The staff was excellent and so was the food. I requested a few items be cooked freshly and they did so.

Good buffet is okay not the best I ever had but not the worst

Demanded a tip , all she did was get us drinks and take away dirty plates. I would have left one if I wasn't asked to leave a tip, no a fancy dinner or anything

Seven family members and I ate lunch today. The food was mediocre. The service from our waitress was less than mediocre and when she brought our ticket she told us make sure you tip me. That's just tacky to ask for a tip. We will not be back again.

Could've had the buffet better stocked was out of items the entire time we were there

Good Chinese restaurant considering it's a small Southern town. Lots of selection in the buffet, and most of the food is well made and hot. It's all you can eat in the buffet, but the take out portions are very generous. Tasty, clean, and usually worth the trip.

Was ok but a lady pulled out about a 6 inch hair out of the noodles and lady kept asking someone do u need more. And a lady dropped all our glasses.

They deserve a Zero star. The food was not hot. I got pineapple, mardin orange and marshmallow. The fruit spoiled rotten. They would not take it out the bar. I will not go back there again.

Food tastes good but buffet bars were not up to correct temp which made food lukewarm at best. Server was great and very attentive. Restaurant was clean. It used to be a very good restaurant. Now average.

Good food but not as good as it use to be

I eat there all the time and it’s usually good but lastnight I was SUPER disappointed. The wontons, which I was really looking forward too, were hard AS A ROCK. ‘Bout broke a tooth. They also didn’t have a lot of things that they normally have and the good tasted like it had been out awhile.😭😭😭😭

Suppose to open at 10, went in and no food was out and it did not get out till 1035. It was fresh, but it will be awhile before I go back.

Very Good. We are Chinese Buffet snobs....we search them out where ever we go and we are critical,. We love good fresh traditional Chinese meat and vegetable dishes. We came just after they opened (best time at any buffet) for lunch. All was hot, fresh and delicious. Wait staff was friendly but not fawning. We camped here in Eufaula for two weeks and we ate here 3 times....we'll be back.

Quick easy and always good

Waitress demanded a tip and stole my change right in front of me I figured if she stole a couple dollars in change then she needed it more than me but still outrageous. I'll never be back. I loved that place so much but they went too far that time. Very very very disappointed ☹️

The food and service is Grrrreatttt.

We eat vegetarian food (no egg even). We were returning from Panama city and stopped by at this place for dinner. They made us vegetable fried rice (hot and spicy) and taste was amazing. We even got an extra one packedThey have good buffet as well with extremely good variety, should be a delight for folks who eat meat. Highly recommend this place.

Very good food i always enjoy it

I've eaten here before and the food and service has always been great. Brought my mom with me this time. She has never eaten this type of food and she loved it!

It was delicious and food was up to temp ,clean , waitress was super nice and nvr let our cups get under half full and was quick to take plates ,,they only serve sushi rolls on certain days :(

Called in this afternoon for a pickup order of Pepper Steak combo which has pepper steak, onions, fried rice and egg roll. There was 7.00 worth of onions and .50 worth of steak. The rice and egg roll was horrible. Both were so dryI will not order from there again

Overcooked food served lukewarm. Service subpar.

Lived here for 11 years and eat their at least 1 a month sometimes 2-3 times a week. I've ate their morning noon and night and it's always good. Never had anything undercooked or anything cold. The staff has always been friendly. They are not racist by no means as comments I've seen on here. I'm in a interracial marriage and my husband has lived here all his life and had never had a bad experience either. Their call in orders are always 10 minutes and always fresh never taken from the buffet and always ready on time as well. I would love some now as we speak... only if they delivered...

The waiters doesn't do their job. She kept looking at our table but never came over and refilled our drinks. It wasn't a pleasant time for visit to eat. Wished we would had chose another place to ate at.

Food was cold and tasteless. Ceilings showed signs of black mold. Bathrooms were a disaster

Always enjoy stopping at New No.1 Buffet when we are in town. Great place for a variety of foods. Staff always eager to please.

Half of the Buffet was empty and the rest was cold.. all the lady did was get our drinks and asked for a tip!! Who does that? Needless to say she didn’t get a tip from me.. Will never go back... If you want good food go down the street to Thelmas!!!! You won’t regret it!

Food was ok but it was all cold... For the price we should've just went elsewhere. Seems like they have a pretty good turnout at lunch time. But I would recommend that they check the temperature on the food or the hotplates before serving It to the public. Issues like this could definitely be a hazard and bad for business.

Decent food and good associates. They should have more English speaking associates there,but otherwise very nice for that kind of restuarant

Very rude and very very nasty people!! I placed a pick up order in which the lady never asked me for my information. I then called back just to make sure that the order would be given to the correct person, just for her to get very rude and nasty...talking about she didn’t need my name and hung up on me. I was the wrong one to do this to! You never know who the person is on the other end but, they will soon find out.
